Bonus Restrictions
You cannot cash out or make a withdrawal from your Poker Stars account before clearing your entire bonus. If you withdraw money from your account, you will lose all remaining bonus you are eligible for. Won FPPs collected via the VIP Club/accelerated VIP periods, and Satellite tournaments do not count toward you balance. You must play real money games and tournaments to collect FPPs that will count toward your bonus. You can always check how long you have until your bonus expires in the “Check My Bonus Status” button in the Cashier of the software.
